New to Meow! VIP blush is a uniquely formulated special F/X blush. VIP stands for very intensely pigmented, as these unique shades, when layered, can offer a very dramatic look. When applied lightly though, or with a fiber optic blush brush (we offer several), these intense shades can offer a natural, subtle glow, imparting a subtle shimmer. So if blush always disappears on you, rest assured that these won't! The shimmer effect of VIP blushes is quite subtle, so you won't look glittery, just radiant!
